Washington, D.C. - Today RAINN announced that Erin Earp and Stefan Turkheimer will serve as the co-leads of RAINN’s policy team with a focus on protecting children from predators online and helping survivors access more trauma-informed law enforcement and criminal justice systems:

Erin Earp comes to RAINN having formerly served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Alexandria, Virginia, in the Special Victims’ Unit, and joined RAINN in October 2020. She is also a partner to the Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Training and Technical Assistance Team, providing assistance in developing victim-centered approaches for law enforcement agencies.
Stefan Turkheimer joins RAINN with over 18 years of legal experience, first as a prosecutor, and then as an employment attorney. He has tried cases at nearly every level, both criminal and civil, and in state and federal court. Stefan has worked for United States Senators, Members of Congress, State Senators and State Representatives. He’s managed campaigns, consulted to state caucuses, and won awards for his political advertising, and most recently was Deputy Political Director to Elizabeth Warren on her Presidential Campaign. He has been at RAINN for a little over a year, and during that time RAINN has expanded into new states and new issues.
